The Order of Incorporation of the Town of Perdido Beach was issued by Probate Judge Johns on June 10, 2009 and the election for town officials is set for October 6, 2009.  If you're a full time resident living within the town limits, registered to vote in Perdido Beach, or Josephine if you live on Neumann Dr., you may be interested in filing for candidacy as a town official.

 

Candidates will file with the Probate Office between July 13th and July 31st.

 

 Attorney Jim Gaines of Magnolia Springs will be leading an instructional session for persons interested in filing for candidacy.

The session will be Monday, July 6th, at 6:30 at the Perdido Beach Firehouse.

 

You may pick up a candidacy packet at the Probate Office in Foley and bring it to the session on Monday.

The session is open to the public.
