Perdido Beach Property Owners and Residents Association
- Incorporated in 1985

- Article III of the By-Laws sets forth
the organization purposes.

- They are (1) to encourage measures
that seek to maintain and improve the residential character and
tradition of the area,
- (2) to promote a sense of community
spirit and cooperation among residents,

- and

- (3) to assure that the community is
well informed about issues that affect the well being of Perdido
Beach
- residents and property owners.

- Meetings of the Board of Directors are
held at such time and place as determined by a majority of the
Directors.

- Annual Membership Meetings are held in the
month of May.

- Membership dues are $15.00 per household and

- Ownership and Voting Rights Membership
is based on property ownership within the Perdido Beach
community.
- Residence and Voting Rights
Membership is based on Perdido Beach community residential
status. (By-Laws Article IV).

Beach Community" is the general area within the Perdido Beach
Fire Jurisdiction.
